		<description><![CDATA[Alas, this appears to be a case of pulling names out of a group (that we seem to share) as I received the same flock of invitations from the staff at that organization...  My connection approach is similar to yours - network with everyone, connect to the known and trusted.  I sent them a letter suggesting that I&#039;m happy to be in contact, but will not connect right now.  I don&#039;t expect a reply.

(On the second invitation from someone like that I do respond with the curse of I Don&#039;t Know - I&#039;m ok with an odd request to join, but I won&#039;t put up with repeated requests;-)]]></description>
